"Joe's work was great !! Very professional. Any problem he ran into, he let me know right away to decide what I wanted. Overall a gentleman who knows his work. His workmanship is great quality. He was very knowledgable in his proffession. His estimate for the work I thought was very fair and better than some other estimates I received. He was prompt and on schedule. We needed to make arrangements for him to come another day to replace a part he did not have in stock. He came on the day he told me and called before to let me know when. When his work was completed each time the room he worked in was cleaned up nicely. He took my old fixtures for an extremely good price to get rid of them for me. His total cost for the project came in under his estimate. I am very pleased with the work he performed for me and I would definatly hire him again in the future for any jobs I need done that he does, even if not plumbing. I am very happy with his work and I will be using him in the future."

I did my research on brands and features, had a good idea of what I thought would work, and then picked 3 top rated vendors to get bids from. Surprisingly Ron always guided me towards the least expensive options but still letting me know they would comfortably meet my basic requirements. The guy is honest to a fault. A quality you don’t see much anymore. I opted for a unit with a few more options and Ron still gave me a great price. I never bothered to call back the other vendors for a written quote. Trust and confidence hold great value these days. Ron projects both those assets. On delivery day Ron called first and showed up right on time. He upgraded a few older pipes for a better connection, as we discussed, and in a few hours, with his helper, had the install completed. They cleaned up after themselves and my garage looked like nothing happened. EXCEPT; I got a great new water heater, with a 12 year warranty, a bunch of consumer friendly options, exactly where I wanted it located, with upgraded hardware, and at a really great price. Ron the owner is a real professional who knows his craft. He covered all the bases to make sure I got what I needed and what I wanted. He was patient and responsive with all my questions and really came through in the end with a flawless install. Needless to say Certified is our homes new plumber. "He didn't charge us anything.  He just took something up and said no charge.  He has put in toilets for us and anything plumbing related he has done for us.  He has put in a new shower head in our upstairs bathroom as well.  Any plumbing issue we have, we call him.  He's prompt and when he tells you he'll be there, he'll be there which is typically a problem here in Florida.  They'll say they'll get here at 8o'clock and you won't see them.  I like the fact that he is prompt and honest.  I can't say enough good about him.  I just think he is terrific.  My garbage disposal apparently had gotten loose and was dripping.  He just came in and tightened it for no charge.  I think he is incredibly fair and honest with price."
