"Hi-Tech Termite inspected a property five years ago, diagnosed drywood termites, selected a fumigation company, and got paid. Now we are preparing to sell the house and another pest inspection company found drywood termites in the same places. Benjamin Ortiz then went to the property and called to say that he thinks they have no responsibility because their warranty expired. So we have deep regret that we paid Hi-Tech for work a few years ago that obviously wasn't done well enough to prevent the same bugs in the same places, and even deeper regret that we asked them if they would stand behind the work.
