"Jordan came to my parents home, assessed the situation… squirrels outside (thankfully) but patched gable to prevents bats… trapped snd relocated 4 squirrels over 4 days; then closed up with heavy duty wire mesh and black tar like patch stuff; 2 year guarantee! "Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

"? 1 Star ? Unreliable Service When It Matters Most I had a very disappointing experience with Freedome Pest Control. At the beginning, everything seemed fine. They treated my property and, while there were no issues, they had no problem charging me every month. Unfortunately, when I actually needed their help again, the service completely fell apart. We started having mice again in a home with a six-month-old baby, so this was not something we could ignore or delay. I scheduled an appointment and waited a full week. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up and no one called. I only received a call an hour and a half after the appointment window, explaining that the technician had an emergency. Emergencies are understandable ? the lack of communication is not. What made this worse was that they then tried to reschedule the visit another 10 days later, despite the active pest issue and the presence of an infant in the home.
