Bruce was very quick in assessing and repairing my roof which was missing shingles due to a recent storm. He also went the extra mile to try and natch the color of my existing shingles which are more than 10 years old and are discontinued. He searched far and wide and even opened an account at a new supplier in order to get these tiles. You don’t see a work ethic like that much these days. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. "They were very prompt in showing up to give an estimate for the work, and the job was scheduled for a couple of days later. Power washing of the patio was excellent, but the window washing was just ok, as they did not clean the sills or screens. They also suggested that we have them power wash the roof to remove the moss that was building up on some of the shingles. I had read that power washing roof shingles could damage them, and that power washing was not the way to clean a roof. They were all very nice and did their work in a professional manner. I think they will get better with more experience."
