"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. "I had a problem with carpenter ants by the garage and stairs outside my house so I hire this company to take care of it, the employee showed on time and spray the perimeter where the carpenter ants were. A couple days later I saw some death ants in that area but after about a week the ants were back.



 I had to hire in the past different companies to take care of this problem and every time some of the ants died but always appeared again in about a week and some times they got inside my house and I got desperate, so after seeing the result of P & S pest control was the same, I had to hire a different company to take care of it and so far this year I haven't seen any carpenter ants.
