Unlike with other "big name" companies, I felt comfortable with their diagnosis. Although the diagnosis was not good (we had a blocked overhead sewer with a leak in our basement), Max was huge help in making the ordeal as painless as possible. Windy City Rooter does all their own work, they don't contract out anyone else (one of Max's sons is in charge of the excavating).
