"Carlos and his team gave an estimate which they stuck to; the scope of work was extensive requiring structural cabinet work, finish carpentry, spackling- painting, caulking throughout the house recaulking all finish moldings and joints; amazingly responsive; all work was completed meticulously and professionally; hard workers. At project completion we walked the house for a final inspection. Everything about the team and their work was professional. Wherever they were working around the house was always protected from debris and dust. When the job was completed we walked the site for a final inspection. I would seriously consider without reservation connecting with Brothers Carpentry and Paint for any repairs or additions to their home."

If he consents and takes the job its because he knows how to apply his skill to make the job a worthwhile experience. His work ethic is his "tell" as is obvious from the pride he places in not only his work but also his profession as he strives for excellence. Our first project was outdoors on the patio and no sooner had he & his crew left, down came the rain. This is always a sign of a "good stranger" for me. The third project was indoors and ain't gonna lie, I was a bit surprised with not only his speed but also the end-product. "I'm really late writing this review, but Fidel and the crew did an absolutely fantastic job building us a new deck. We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect. The team was prompt and on time, and the job was finished faster than expected. We love our beautiful new deck, and wholeheartedly recommend JC’s Contracting. Thank you, Jose!"

I had to have my floors treated for black mold and a huge section of the manufactured hardwoods in the kitchen and dining room had to be replaced, along with two dents in the kitchen floor. "If anyone else’s experience has been anything like ours, It’s become very hard to find someone to come and give you an estimate, if they do, most never return to do the job, and if they do, forget about getting an honest answer on when they plan to start the job. I can’t remember the last time I hired someone to do work for me, that actually completed it with the quality and craftsmanship they promised up front! Now I can, Mr. Chris Odell seems to one of the very few who does what he says, when he says. And we were completely satisfied with everything he’s done for us so far. He is fair, honest, and dependable. We actually had an issue a couple weeks later, that had to do with the hardware that was used, and not his work specifically. Upon notifying him, he immediately made an appointment that was convenient for us, and came out made the repairs, (took about 10mins) and he refused payment, I would have paid him something for his time, because the fault wasn’t his. Highly Recommend!"
