"Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"Posted my request on Saturday, received a call on Sunday, and had a tech on site Monday afternoon. He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. He bolstered my self-esteem in pointing out the joiner that I couldn't get to budge was cemented in place by the installer. Reasonable price for replacement, as sumps are expensive, and he even rolled my hose back up after we used to prime the pump. Service oriented team!"

"Two part review. Two separate jobs. I got several quotes and they were higher than most but I hired them because they seemed the most professional. First job was one day and perfectly done. But they discovered a cracked pipe and water leak. The recommended an abatement team. The abatement team did a great job preparing the area for the plumbers to come back. Then it took several days of back and forth but the plumbers repaired the pipe. My only major issue was that they did not keep me informed of their status. They left once without letting me know to go to another job. Leaving me to make calls for updates on the repair."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
