"They sent Alex Moser to inspect and treat the issue. We’ve had different pest control companies over the years in previous houses and Alex was far and away the best we’ve ever met. He was professional, patient, and clearly knew his information inside and out. He answered all our questions and behaved as if we were the only customer he had that day. So many companies seem focused on transactions and fast revenue, our experience today was the opposite - it felt like they actually cared about us as customers. "There was a misunderstanding since I hired a different company. The pest control came over and the manager was concerned and came right over and got everything straightened out. They were both very professional and the manager was very fast to respond. The price is very affordable, more so then the one I hired. I would have gone for Alta if the call back was a day earlier. Go for these guys."
