In order to get our security deposit back, we had to get the wall-to-wall carpet cleaned in a 3-story townhouse we had rented. Ash Maids had a really great deal on AL and they were able to do the job the next day. I met with our technician Mario at the property and he was fully prepared and understood the job we needed. He was super-nice and very professional. Mario did a fantastic job and it didn't even take as long as I thought it would. He texted me when he was done and I met him back at the property. That was that! The carpets looked like new. He was very thorough and even cleaned the vertical sides of every step on the stairs.

 Mario was really great and my husband & I were very impressed with his work, as was our property manager. Most important of all, we got our security deposit back!!!

"We had given up on cleaning services because they had become more of a hassle to manage than to clean ourselves.  Then, Carlos and Isabel were recommended to us by friends.
We gave them a try before the Christmas holiday season and we have been hooked since.  Besides the fact that they do excellent work at a reasonable price, we have been impressed and appreciative of their excellent client service when it comes to scheduling cleaning dates, confirmed text messages and punctuality.  They have been a delight to work with and we highly recommend them to others.

"Facts: this review comes in roughly 1 year after we hired OHC to clean our house, every 2 weeks. OHC is not this big cleaning firm with cars all over the place. The owners are part of the cleaning crews. Price: they charge pretty much the same as other businesses in the area (not cheap). Contact: They're very easy to reach. Text/phone and they reach back to you within minutes every single time. Payment: they're very easy going (if you forget to leave them a check, they don't mind waiting a few days to get paid). The only negative point is that they charge you if you need to pay by credit card. They don't offer ACH or other more convenient forms of automated payment. Quality: this is where it gets complicated. Unlike many other companies, they move and put stuff away as part of their services. A lot of companies just "clean around". But after several incidents, I think I know why others chose not to move stuff around. The cleaning crew are too rough to move furniture or objects around the house. We've had hardwood scratches, wholes and scratches on the walls, broken furniture, broken plates... Although accidents do happen, what I really do not appreciate is that every time, we have to ask them about it. It's not like they don't notice when something breaks... Finally, although the owner always assured me they really "cared" about us and wanted to do what's best, they finally told us to go find business elsewhere as they were tired of us complaining about their services. I guess this is a tough business, and unless you do it yourself, your employees will never care as much as the owners. Also, I don't know if they're just bold and don't care, or just didn't think - but we heard them talk about us (between each other), in a very unpleasant way (rude comments, nasty names). I'm pretty sure they will deny it - but unfortunately for them, they once did this in front of couple native Spanish speakers we had at our house, who understood perfectly well what was being said, and were able to confirm our imperfect translations. Not very professional. OHC is in my opinion perfect for deep cleanings as I've never seen a company clean a house that deep & well (although, they do charge you accordingly for it ;-) ). But for recurring services, I personally would not recommend them as do like many others in the same business: quality declines a few months after starting. I'm very disappointed this turned out to be a cleaning company cliché."

"I have utilized the services of Lily and her team for many many years now. All i can say is that i highly recommend Continental Housekeeping Service. A few things to say... I am not the most consistent on having a schedule for this by my fault. Just can't keep to a standing schedule. That being said, Lily always accommodates me when i call. When the girls arrive, they get right to work. No direction is needed unless i have something of specific interest that i need to have done. They jump in and start cleaning the house from top to bottom. Not a corner is missed. Everything from cobwebs on the ceiling to blinds to baseboards are taken care of. I have to say that how clean they can get my white porcelain kitchen sink is amazing. Not sure what their magic is but man is it ever clean when they are done. I had a dog so dog fur abounds around here and they make sure not one furball is left when they leave. Everything is taken care of as if it were their own home. They definitely care about their work and you can see that as they progress thru the house. Lately they have even added on washing the rags and the sheets that were taken off the bed before they leave. And to my surprise, when i had some clothes in the dryer, i found them all folded neatly and ready to be put away. I say this only to represent the care and quality of service as well as the nice little surprises. For me, when i go thru the house after and put everything back exactly as i like it, I smile seeing how much they have taken care of and how complete and thorough a cleaning the place has. I can say nothing more than for me, this is money well spent. Something i don't need to worry about and a service where i know my home is taken care of. It is with a smile that i look around after they are finished knowing how sparkling clean my place is! Thank you Lily and team for the always wonderful service!"
