"It went amazing. Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"I called half a dozen companies, and DB's was the only one able to send someone out on the same day. Trevor worked to understand an unusual problem, and he figured out (after ruling out foundaton issues) that the root cause was not a sewer pipe leak, but an issue brought about by an earlier spillage and a broken dehumidifier. Trevor was very courteous, clear, and helpful. After he pinpointed the issue, he walked me through appropriate next steps I could/should take, and he referred me to another firm to help with mold/renovation issues related to what he examined today. I was very pleased with the experience and cost, and I'd hired DB's again."

"They are sewer and drain specialists and they do it really well. Reasonable prices, responsive service. We had family visiting and they moved schedules to and to us. We're grateful that they did so."

"Excellent experience from the helpful person who answered the phone to the WONDERFUL Plummer Willis who was so knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He suggested an improvement and now we love our new sink. Willis was always on time, kept me updated on his progress before arriving. Now we consider 'Done Rite' the best experience and our personal plumbing service!"

"Everything I read about Reid and his crew is true, outstanding people! We figured we had a water main leak, Reid was nice enough to come out and take a look, and sure enough, we did. He didnt hesitate to help, told us when he would be sending a crew out to mark off and get started. All 3 gentlemen that were here working were awesome. Even talking to Reids Aunt over the phone for payment was a delight. I dont think I could have asked for a better experience with a company. Trust me, if we have anything we need to have done in the future I will be calling Reid back at After Hours Home Improvement."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"Very friendly guy that came out and completed the work extremely fast. He was clearly knowledgable and very helpful in giving me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again."

"I recently hired Ninja Plumbing to install a whole-house water purification system, and the service was truly exceptional. The technician was professional, arrived exactly when promised, and gave a clear, transparent price quote upfront. The installation was fast, efficient, and performed with expert care?they even left the workspace spotless! My new system is running perfectly, and the noticeable improvement in water quality is fantastic. The peace of mind is invaluable. If you need reliable, expert plumbing service, call Ninja Plumbing. They are responsive, professional, and deliver outstanding quality. Highly recommend!"
