"The company rep comes out once a year to inspect the termite traps and re-bait the traps if necessary. He looked in all 15 traps. He had to replace the bait in two or three. That means the traps are working. We have no visible signs of termites. Traps with poison bait (that the termite takes back to the colony) are way less expensive than fixing termite damage. The service is part of our home warranty for termite control. Other companies don't use poison bait, just detection blocks of wood. I like this system better. "
