"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"The job was done right and looks great. The crew was exceptional. The quality of workmanship was better than expected. The crew communicated frequently and provided opportunities for input to insure the work was done to my expectations. There were a couple of occasions where the original builder had performed work that were not up to today's standards and make recommendations to correct the issues. The standards of workmanship were very professional."

"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. I hired him even before he gave me a quote just for his quick actions to save me money on the flooring alone. They did their thing and my basement looks better than it did before. The quote was very reasonable as well, considering he already had me locked in. My wife and I were already considering renovating our kitchen. Ed already gave us a quote for that as well. Great guy, great work. Thanks!"

"Nathan did an wonderful job. I added some additional work and he was able to fit it into his schedule. I had a lot of decisions I had to make on my own and he was very helpful making several trips to the tile and paint stores to accommodate my needs. The tub I picked had some unique features that caused no problems. He was even able to incorporate the floor tiles into the back splash to tie everything together. "

"Arrived on time, set up quickly and painted my living/dining room, kitchen and stairwell. This included ceilings over nine feet. No spot of paint discoloration and no paint droppings on the trim. Finished and cleaned in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!"
