"We've had experience with renovations in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Frank was transparent and good at communicating. We stayed completely on budget (aside from a few things we added at the end), and the timeline for the most part was met as promised. (We were aiming to be done by Christmas, and aside from the cabinet crown molding and 4 drawer faces, everything was done). Chris, whom did most of the work in our kitchen, was fantastic. Personable, great workmanship, and provided suggestions and input based on his experience. Frank and Chris were also very easy to work with as we wanted to own some of the design elements but needed the helping installing them - i.e. farmhouse sink, backsplash, lights, island design, etc. Frank and Chris were clear about the specs that needed to be met, we purchased the items, and then they installed/built them. It was an easy partnership, and we would work with G&G Kitchen and Bath Restoration again."

"We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. While only a small portion had been completed, Ryan was more than willing to start over. We have had no issues with this current project or with any of the other bathrooms they completed for us. "My husband and I used HomeAdvisor to assist us in finding a contractor to remodel our guest and master bathroom. We were incredibly lucky that Ultra Source Performance was first on the list! Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom. I've gotten comments that it looks and feels like a high-end hotel bathroom, which I think is one of the highest forms of praise! Even after our bathrooms were finished, Frank has made it clear that if there are any issues that come up, we could reach out to him. We've had a couple tweaks that needed to be addressed a few months after their work was done, and Frank was always quick to respond. "HIRE THESE GUYS!!! Donâ t pay more for big name remodelers. We had a kitchen and master bath remodel as well as putting new flooring in basement and kids bathroom. The quality is exceptional. Johnny and Pablo were the team at our home. Both are very talented craftsmen with a keen focus on detail. No aspect was overlooked or taken for granted. The glass and tile work in our shower was fantastic as was the tile and cabinetry work in the kitchen. The owner, Ed, was terrific to work with and lived up to all our expectations. I canâ t recommend these guys enough. Pricing was right in our budget. Very, very impressed! Will definitely use them again!"
