"This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick. "I had Dean's install a new toilet flange which they did, some concrete chiseling was required as my house is on a slab. I was to install the actual toilet. The flange was mounted too high and the toilet sat balanced on the flange rather than on the floor. I called them back and they came promptly, there was a great deal of hammering and pounding and when he was done he had installed the toilet. I was happy that the toilet was finally installed but disappointed when they charged me another $85 to come back and fix their sloppy work. I paid it and plan to use another service in the future. The kitchen sink job was done in good order. If they had covered their mistake without billing me again I would not have been frustrated."
