"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

They went right to work on installing a sewer pump and connecting it to the main sewer line in our unfinished basement so that we can have out downstairs bathroom built. They were very neat, and explained everything they were doing. We got very quick response from this company. They were close by when we called last week and came right away to look at what we needed and gave us an estimate. We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. I appreciated not being left hanging - When he got here, he was friendly and went to work snaking my sewer drain and though the project was a bit bigger than he expected he stuck to his original estimate.
