"David knew what he was doing, the work was very good and it was in a day. He was the only contractor to respond and needing someone to complete an inspection and repairs as soon as possible, we went with Pro Kill. We spoke to a woman who arranged for David to inspect to satisfy requirements for a VA home re-fi. We were under-the-gun to get the pest certification as quickly as possible as one of the last steps in the re-fi, we had other time-sensitive events waiting on the re-fi to close. We were anxious and agreed to work we thought might take a few days to finish, but 6 hours, pesticide, bondo and a long 2X6 board is all they needed. Looking back, it seems like A LOT of money for a days work, we realize there are other factors that influence price and had we more time we might have shopped around and to save money. All-n-all, the work is done and we have moved on. The guys at Pro Kill will do the work right (at least as far as we can tell) David and his helper were nice and cleaned up afterward, but it might not hurt to make sure you are getting all that you pay for."
