"He and Logan were on time. Their work attire was clean and their equipment was in good working order. They did not waste time, past my explanation of what we needed to get accomplished & (to be sure we were still on the same page) as we had discussed this a week ago when they gave me an estimate. They were just waiting for parts to come in & the parts came in yesterday and they called to check to see if they could get the job done today. They were actually done a lot sooner than I thought they’d be done, but that’s typical of the experiences we have whenever they come to do any plumbing or plumbing related work on our condo or previously on our home in Salem Virginia, for more than 20 years. They are our go to people day or night. Included is a before, and after picture as the holder for the hand piece kept falling . They always do an excellent job."

"I used this company for a Big Deal and after the Big Deal, I had them back out to instal a sump pump and insulation to the basement. We are really impressed with this company."

"Mr. Bailey does excellent work at a reasonable price and has been on the spot each time I have contacted him with problems. I would not hesitate to recommend him for plumbing repairs and installations."

"Nice fast honest good people. Gives you fair and sensible options for repair. Highly recommend them."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
