They tried to get the water to flow but as we have no idea where the water goes it could not get unclogged, They suggested making a new drain with a sump pump so I would NEVER have to deal with this again. I used email for communications and they responded within 30 minutes of initial email. Due to the uncertain nature of what they find in systems they are servicing for the day, they specified a rather large service window (between 7:30 am and 3 pm). They came in late morning and were finished within an hour. They explained everything they were doing and showed me how the brine from back flushing my water conditioner was adversely affecting my system. They showed me how the filter had become clogged. They recommended a solution that I could do myself, although they offered to provide a quote if I want them to do the work. However, they did not pressure me and just advised me to get the work done before permanently damaging the system. I was very satisfifed with the service and the price appeared comparable with other prices posted on-line by others. <br />"
