"I like them. They do an outside green pest control. I have also hired them in the past to do fire ants once a year. One thing that I like about them, is that they send out the same exterminator all the time, so it seems personable. Even when I was frustrated with the mosquitoes, the woman talked to me about it, and she gave us one free treatment. I really like their company."

"We have had a problem with squirrels in our attic for several years. Last year, we hired a different critter control company who trapped a few squirrels and pointed out areas where he thought the squirrels were entering the attic, but otherwise offered no solutions. We hired a different contractor to repair the soffit & fascia board holes but continued to have problems. We re-roofed our house hoping that would take care of the problem, but it did not. Over the next two weeks, he trapped 3 squirrels near one of the access points and installed a metal barrier between the roof shingles over the fascia boards around the whole house so they couldn't chew their way in/out anymore. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with and we now have a 5 year no squirrels in attic guarantee. "Phil came out to check out the roof and damage done by the squirrel. Found the damage immediately, assessed the damage, set up a trap and advised me of the procedures followed by the company. He advised me that their company was not set up to do the repairs on the roof due to the specific construction at the point of entry. I felt good about his honesty. Phil advised my handyman the situation and what he had found. The squirrel was caught within several hours. I advised Phil of the success and he sent out a driver to pick up the squirrel and set another trap in case there were additional intruders. No more showed up, they picked up the empty trap. I was amazed at the ridiculous pricing quoted me by other pest control companies. A1 was by far the most reasonable; they were happy to share their knowledge, pleasant and professional."
