"The repairman was on-time and inform me he was on his way. He call me to tell me he was here but looking for a parking space. He came into the house and went right to work. The oven was not working and it took him about five minutes to tell me the problem. He showed me the broken part and the new part and how to tell the difference. I found that to be informative. It took him five minutes to put the part on and oven started working. I never had a appliance repairman complete a job that fast. My oven heat up in five minutes. Mr. Placido is gifted in his line of work. He even took a look at my dishwasher and told me what was wrong with it and how to fix it. "$108 to come out and diagnose the problem whIch was just a crack drain pipe receiver:) so they come out to repair it for an additional $249.83. I’m a bit confused by the price and ask how much was the part? They won’t give me that amount, they tell me it’s charged per job. Call to find out how much the part actually cost from Lenix, cost $67. They were at our house less than 20 minutes I was charged $180 for for 20 min. of service:( Won’t use them again:( I was also promised a phone call back to discuss a possible credit and did not receive one...no surprise:("

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
