"They did a good job on the vinyl, but not on the gutters.  The dark mildew on the outside of the gutters is still there.  Plus the edges of the gutter covers were not clean.  They explained that it was corrosion and I should have the covers painted.  After they left I cleaned off all the "corrosion" with a stiff brush and the garden hose.  It was just an accumulation of dirt and pollen. <br />"
