They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "I do not recommend this company. I called them to fix an issue with my range hood exhaust. The technician charged a diagnostic fee of $95 and then said the switch was not working, which was a small component. The total charge was $391. The technician spent hardly 10 mins and charged a lot. After exhaust repaired, the house was empty for some time, and when the tenant moved in, they found that the exhaust was not working. I called the company again, and they told me that the motor was not functioning. During the first visit, the company didn't check everything; they only fixed a small component and charged a lot of money."

"After I terminated the lease of my tenant in early 2023, I decided to do the whole house remodel before selling it because of the age of the house and TLC it needed. The original contractor I hired ended up going to jail for child abuse charges and I had to find another contractor to finish the job. I got a number of quotes and decided to go with Donna from AND Contractors, LLC. It is very difficult to come into a project that somebody else started and the quotes reflected that but Donna’s estimate was fair and I felt comfortable in my interactions with Donna. Don't let the fact that a woman runs the business fool you - she is a real tough but fair boss. She was on the job site every day! She treats her people right but also lets them know when they mess up and they respect her for it. There were many things that were not visible but needed to be redone where the original contractor messed up but it was important to Donna that the corrections be made. I am sure there must be limits but all of these corrections were accommodated without change orders. The project was completed on time and within budget. Oh, did I mention Donna is also a real estate agent? When the project was completed, she listed the house at the highest price in the history of the neighborhood. I was hoping but not expecting it so it was a pleasant surprise when she brought me a full price contract within a few days! I HIGHLY recommend AND contractors, LLC and Donna! If you want your project done right, on time and within budget, you owe it to yourself to at least have her look at your project!"
