"Artur Zefi was absolutely amazing. We had a space under a bay window where mice were entering the house and 2 other companies declined to do the work because it was difficult to get into the space a a bit complicated. Artur came very quickly to look at the space and gave us a couple options. He sent the quote the same day and the day after I signed it he said he was able to come the next day as I had told him we wanted to stop the mice ASAP. He did an amazing job and it looks beautiful as well. He even took videos of the mice trying to re-enter the house, but of course they couldn't. He also looked around the perimeter of our house to see if there were any other spots they could get into. He was very friendly and nice to our kids who were running around him while he worked. My elderly mother talked to him a lot and he was very gracious with her and took time to chat. with her. The picture shown is how he completed it. Before, the bottom part was just rotted wood and open underneath."
