"After 3 years in the house we decided to have the chimney cleaned and inspected, by Owen's. The inspection showed that the chimney liner was cracked and there had been a previous chimney fire. "The showed up the next day and checked it out.  Did some repairs on the spots that were leaking and told her she had a few more years left before she needed a new roof.  Gave her an estimate for a new one since she wanted one and it was approx. $6600.00. <br /> <br /> They fixed my roof last year and we were very VERY pleased, and after this, I will be recommending them to everyone."

"After having the same color siding for so long, we wanted a change, so Josh sent us to another area subdivision to check out a house they had done in the color we had decided on. It made the decision much easier once we saw another house already done in that color. After choosing our color it was only about 2 weeks before all the material arrived. All the old siding was removed and additional exterior insulation was installed. Before any nailing began they were sure to inform us that all interior walls must have any pictures removed to avoid them from falling or getting damaged. The new vinyl siding was installed in roughly 2 days with new matching electrical boxes for all porch lights and trim around the windows. I was going to invest in new shutters but they told me they could save me money and paint the old ones.They picked out the perfect color and it looks fantastic. GR Restoration has done many of the houses in our subdivision and I must say the neighborhood is looking good again."

"Excellent Service. I came home to very strong odor last Friday afternoon. The odor was so severe that the smell was sickening. I thought we were going to have to move out of the house. I called several companies and they all said it would be at least 4 days, a week or two before they could get here. They were extremely nice people and charged me a fair price. They found a dead squirrel in our chimney. They had the proper equipment and cleaned, deodorized, and inspected the chiming. They even called me two days after the visit on Monday to make sure that I was satisfied and that I had no further concerns or odor in my chiming. "The first time was good. They set traps for mice and came back multiple times to remove the traps. They also installed new vents to prevent mice from getting in. But since then, their reliability has gone way down hill. We recently scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection and spray around the house, but they never showed up for the appointment, and they never called. We tried to call back to find out why and possibly reschedule, but the phone representative said that she didn't know why they didn't come but that someone would call us shortly (within the next 20 minutes). No one ever called. We called back the next day and she told us that someone would call us back again, but still no call back."

"He came over to take a look at it. I had some water leaking down the chimney. We were not sure where it was coming from. He went up on the roof and looked at everything and basically said it was my chimney cap. They came out and they measures. They built a stainless steel chimney cap for my roof. Then they came back out and installed. He told me that after they finished the roofing, that he would come back out and check the new flashing around the chimney and make there were no issues, which he did. He went up there and looked at it and said the roofing company did exact what they were suppose to and there was nothing else for him to do. I was afraid it was going to be a really big bill and it was not."
