"Burr's employee found and plugged one entry point and placed a number of bait stations in various places around the basement. To date the mice are still eating the bait I use and dying. They may be mice that were already in the house when the entry point was plugged. I hope so. It is probably too soon to be certain that the treatment was unsuccessful but I fear that the problem is still with us. I contracted with Angies List for this service and when I had not heard from anyone for over a month I called Angies List and asked for a refund. My request was refused because it had been over a month. I don't know whether the problem was with Angies List or Burr but it left me unhappy with both organizations. I then told Angies List to see if they could get Burr to fulfill the contract which they did."
