He got to our home around 11:40, checked water pressure and hot water heater to find the problem and determined the hot water heater did need to be replaced. He removed old hot water heater, installed the new one, re-worked a little of the plumbing and replaced the thermal expansion tank in 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend Donald and will definitely use him again in the future for my plumbing needs!"
