They were quickly able to determine the problem with the faucet and explained that it needed to be replaced. They also created a work around that allowed us to temporarily use the existing faucet. "Douglas is great. I had Bonney come out first they wanted to put new pipe in for $2000. I called several other plumbers they all said new pipe up to $3500. My washing machine was backing up when emptying and ever plumber said new pipe. Douglas said he could send the camera down and check it out. He ran a snake down 3 or more times, each time running the camera down until pipe was clean and clear. He put new trap and clean out for washing machine machine. After cutting away the wall board he put it all back together like new. Don't waste your time call Lagos first off. He is honest, friendly and confident and does GREAT WORK."
