I really appreciated the willingness of the owner to talk to me in great detail to ensure I ended up with the right type of 200 Amp meter socket exclosure and external subpanel for feeding the new installed panel inside the house but also providing for ease of adding additional future external building circuits. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable in talking about the NEC (code) and provided excellent equipment recommendations that I ultimately had them install in preparation for all of my eventual electrical desires (House remodel, future EV charging, solar, greenhouse, sauna, external buildings, etc). They effortlessly handled the city permitting too. The city inspector freely remarked that University Electric always does good quality work and they never have return calls for resolving any workmanship issues. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you'd like done."

"Adam provided an estimate for wiring our new woodshop (24 x 32 feet).  His bid was thorough, detailed and competitive.  Once we awarded the work to Go Electric, we realized there had been a misunderstanding regarding the start date.  Adam graciously, and without complaint, rearranged his other scheduled jobs to accommodate our urgent request.  Adam worked directly with Connexus in solving a complex electrical hookup issue.    As part of the woodshop job and electrical hookup issues, Adam advised that we update our 1969 electrical panel.  The recommendation was made based on safety concerns, compliance with state and federal code, and the savings for us doing it now versus in the future.     After paying the final bill, there were a few unforeseen issues that were not part of the original project and Adam was quick to provide solutions and immediately scheduled the additional work.     Overall, Go Electric and staff (Joss and Nick) are personable, honest, clear and lightning-fast communicators, customer focused, well organized, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful (of our property and decisions).  Weâ ve worked with a lot of contractors and Adam and his team stand out.  All for a reasonable cost which was competitive with other bids.  Go Electric comes with our sterling recommendation - we do not have one complaint."

During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. "Excellent. The whole team is respectful and left the work areas very clean. They do the little things that separate themselves from others extremely well. For the panel there was a follow-up need Jason, the owner, came back out to our home at 10PM. And for the light fixtures Parker noticed we had a dimmer on a switch that wasn't connected to a dimmable light, a fire hazard, so he put a new switch in for us, something that wasn't on our radar. We will call them for any future electrical needs."

"Overpriced. They charge a-la-carte, which meant that installing 5 outdoor lights and one floodlight came to $1200. Plus, they added a $70 trip fee on top. After installing the floodlight, the 3-way switch didn't work, and they wanted another $487 to diagnose it. At that point, we'd had enough. After they were done, I called a few other electrical contractors, who all quoted a price that was 25-30% less. Won't hire Harrison Electric again."
