"They did quite a bit of work. They’ve been really, really good. You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. They were very punctual, listened to what I was requesting, and if I had an issue, their follow-up was prompt and it was taken care of. They come every Thursday."

I checked the work the following Monday and was very pleased with the way things looked.  The invoice arrived on 12/22/2011 and I paid it online that same day.  How much easier could things have been?
