He put spacers in the area to realign the coils and stop the vibration. He also cleaned my coils in the back and underneath. I'm disabled, so that was a huge help to me. <br>For the dishwasher, I needed a new soap dispenser, the old one was caked with detergent, and the rinse aid dispenser wasn't sealing properly. He ordered the part after I agreed. It has not come in yet, but he will change it when it does. <br>The dryer was fixed before I even realized it! He replaced a part that controls the heat sensor. I've forgotten what it's called. No time wasted there. <br> <br>I have worked with this company for 40 years. Don's dad owned it before him. The prices are reasonable, they don't tell you that something needs to be fixed that doesn't need it. They stand by their work. They are polite, punctual and professional. That's the whole package."
