"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"I called Brent based on good Angie's reviews, and a neighbor's recommendation who previously contracted with him.  He came to the house to meet my insurance adjuster, and me, on a Sunday.  He worked with the adjuster and they agreed on the scope and price.  My only payment was my deductible.  His crew arrived when scheduled, worked 2 days and cleaned up the yard afterward.  I paid him whenever I received an insurance check.  It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to anyone.  I definitely would use him again, but probably won't need to. :)"

We are happy with the product. <br /> BUT........the installation crew destroyed my neighbor's brick mailbox enclosure and did not even tell us or my neighbor that it occured. I have been trying to get someone with Ground Zero to return my calls for over a week now. NO RESPONSE from either a message left with a person who answered the phone at the main number and no response from an email sent to the contact on the Ground Zero home page. <br /> I will not recommend this company unless they do the right thing and repair / replace the property to its original condition to the satisfaction of my neighbor! <br /> <br />"

"The two roofing technicians told me what they were going to do to repair my roof and set about doing their repairs without delay. <br /> The main supervising technician also climbed up on my house roof and walked all over it to inspect it and see if there might be any other repairs necessary. Then, the technicians removed the faulty flashing which had been improperly installed by my home builder's untrained framer. Shingles which had holes in them were removed and several new asphalt shingles were installed to replace the old singles which had nail holes in them.  Next, the old flashing was completely removed and new, higher grade metal flashing was installed to replace the old flashing. Finally, new sealant was applied to make sure that the repaired roof was completely water proof.   <br /> After the repair work  was done, the supervising roof technician showed me exactly what had been done with photos that he had taken with his tablet camera. He said if any more leakage occurred, they would return to take care of it, but he believed that the leak was effectively repaired. The very next day, we had another hard rain storm in the La Grange, TX, Fayette County area, and my repaired roof no longer leaked into the sheet rock ceiling or into the window frames of my breakfast room bay window. I'm very satisfied with the work done by Vincent's Roofing.   <br /> I wish I had called them sooner rather than waiting for the roofer who put the original roof on my house two and a half years ago. <br /> That roofer refused to back up his own work, and his delay had made the damage from the roof leak even worse. However, Vincent's Roofing did a good job, and I would call them again. I would also recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof installation. <br />"

"After calling several local businesses regarding a new metal roof I found Armored Roofing. They were less money to Install than several other local businesses and have more experience doing the job! A combined total of 50+yrs between the 3 guys! They ordered the sheetmetal, brought it to my home, and came back and installed it in 2 days as promised. They cleaned all my yard when the job ended and left nothing behind for my pets or grandchildren to get in their feet! These guys are very experienced in all aspects of roofing and the customer care was excellent! Very hard to come by these days. We are very happy with the new roof and the peace of mind of knowing that they knew what they were doing is priceless, as its a major purchase for us.We would definitely recommend Armored Roofing. "Two other houses on the block have the same design of metal roof and people really like it. They prefabricated all the metal so that he had everything right in place and made sure that everything was done in half a day and that was completely amazing. The reason why I went with doing metal roof was because it was fashionable and it was a faded color so it wasn't so bright or shiny. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future."
