"Found a wasp nest at my house over a weekend, and called Bee N' Wasp on a Monday morning around 9am.  I was honestly expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and be ready to help me.  The person who answered was very nice but since I was in LB he gave me the cell phone number for Sam, the person who services my area, so that I could coordinate scheduling directly with him.  So I called Sam, again, expecting to leave a voicemail but another pleasant surprise he answered the phone and was extremely nice.  He was willing to come out that same day @ 1130 AM!  I was not prepared for that, and asked if he could come in the late afternoon/early evening after work.  He said the next day would work, and he'd be there at 530.  Also gave me a quote of 125 to remove a single nest + 25 dollars for any additional nests or work if needed.
Next day:  He actually shows up 5-10 minutes early (great!). I show him the location of the nest that I found (plus another one that I saw after I scheduled the call), and he said he'd take a look around the house before starting.  He found 2-3 other nests on the property and told me about them before proceeding to remove them.  This man was very thorough, and pleasant the whole time too.
After all work was done, he gave me the invoice for 150, wished me a good evening and that was that.  In an out in around 30 minutes.  I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I wish the guarantee was longer than 2 months but probably not something that can be controlled.

"If I could give them an overall B-, I would.  Some of my disappointment with their quality of service may have happened with another company, but since I did go with D&S, I can only attribute it to them.  But I'll start at the beginning.  We knew that we needed more than local treatment when we saw a swarm of termites emerging from our house during a very hot spell.  We got several inspections and bids.  Fortunately, they couldn't find any obvious damage but the swarm meant there was a very active, long-standing colony.  D&S was straight forward about recommending a tenting and I appreciated that.  They also gave me a lot of information and gave me the best quote.  I waited until the holidays had passed and called to make a date in Feb.  They sent everything I needed with thorough instructions.  As the date got closer, they answered every question in every e-mail or phone call I made.  They even had the inspector return to give me some tips on preparation.  On the day of the tenting, they arrived and quickly got to work.  They were done on time and the house was completely aired out and ready for us to live in.  Here are the buts..........
1. They need to use dirt from your yard to seal the tarp in places.  I thought that they would take the dirt from one spot and then return it to the same spot neatly, BUT they dug up several areas and that was a bit of a mess.
2.  I have decorative rock on one side of my house and I had to move it back from the house AND pull back the yard cloth, too.  That was a big pain in the neck! 
3.  AND HERE'S MY REAL GRIPE..... I had notified the office ahead of time that I was concerned about the lattice cover over my patio that is made of aluminum and asked them to be especially careful because it could not bear weight.  I had a new roof put on 2 years ago and they managed to not dent or bend it but D&S bent down on two of the slats (one pretty badly) and then pushed  it back into place.  You sign a waiver saying that they are not responsible for this incidental damage but I was still upset. 
4.  I also found that one roof tile was torn. (As I said, the roof is 2 years old)

So there is my assessment .  I should have called D&S with my complaints right away but, to be honest, my husband and I spent the next few days putting the house back together."
