"I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself."

"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. "Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get.
