"First of all I want to thank Alex the owner and the guys at Skyline Xterminators from the office to the guys on the field. The Google reviews are right on point about what they say about them. They will treat you like family. The guys treated my house for subterranean termites and also fumigated it for drywood termites. They were very knowledgeable, polite and respectful towards my house. "This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "
