"Roberto took care of or lawn maintenance at our previous home. We bought a new home (new construction) in Discovery Bay. We had him give us an estimate to landscape the entire backyard and side yard. His estimate was VERY AFFORDABLE! We agreed and he and his crew started that next Monday. Roberto and his crew are punctual, clean, honest, respectful and the hardest working crew we’ve ever came across. "IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

They were very polite throughout their time in the house. They completed the job in two days, even though we changed our minds about one of the room colors after we saw the first coat (understanding that there would be slight additional charge.) "I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."
