He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "The team crew provided by HBJ Enterprises, Inc. did an outstanding job at my daughter's town house. They replaced the rotten railroad ties used to hold the foundation in place with cinder block reinforced with steel rods and concrete. Additionally, the crew removed the cracked concrete across the living room and into the bedroom floors. Braces were installed and steel rods were used to reinforce the new concrete. I was very pleased with the work done and the price was significantly less than what others had projected."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
