"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. "It all went much more quickly and efficiently than I had anticipated. I was asking around everywhere from plumbers to handyman about how to resolve our clogged drains. We had bought a new house and realized that all the backyard landscape drains were clogged. We wanted to clean them before the rains since water couldn't seem to get through. I contacted Zoom Drain and they sent Chris, who was courteous and knowledgeable. They came, gave an estimate and resolved the situation in just a few hours on the same day. I was agonized thinking I had to dig up broken drain pipes or cut down trees whose roots may have broken or blocked the pipes.
