He will return today to replace the wires, saving me $400 in un-needed parts. Really good mechanic that doesnâ t just change parts."

"Initially, I was pleased. There was a part or something and so he had to come back. My dishwasher was being ornery when it was time to slide it back under the counter. He just kind of slammed it into the counter and now my cabinetry has come apart because of all the way that he was slamming it. I had to tell him, "That's fine. That's okay. You can stop there. I'm satisfied with where it is," because I was afraid of the damage that he was potentially doing. Otherwise, he seemed like a nice enough guy. He was prompt. But, I didn't care for that part of it. He was very nice and accommodating. He probably just got aggravated. The price was probably comparable to other people. I didn't get a great big discount that I could see from being on Angie's List."

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what was wrong, and kept me informed throughout. Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. They could have told me from the start that the expensive repair was needed, and I would have had no way of knowing differently. This makes me feel that I can trust them to do only required repairs, and not pad the job with unnecessary work. Update: I have since tried using them for refrigerator repair which they say they do. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last."
