"Anthony did a fabulous job of replacing 3 old turn off valves that had seized up, as well as installing 2 new kitchen faucet stems and an O-ring. He always called to confirm his arrival and was very professional and conscientious in his work. He checked all his repairs multiple times and was very thorough. In the early evening, just before he was about to finish, he discovered a previously unidentified leak that required additional parts. He actually traveled over 20 miles to an open hardware store to acquire the needed parts, returned, and repaired this newly discovered leak. His patience and perseverance are amazing! He is an honest, hardworking plumber who truly knows his craft. I wholeheartedly recommend him."

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. "I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet.
