"After getting 10 bids, from highly rated firms and discount firms. we chose Best Quality Movers for our move of a 1 bedroom apartment from multiple locations in the Bay Area to New York City. They were half the price of the most expensive bid, and about 2 to 3 Thousand dollars less than most mid tier bids. The were more than $3 thousand more that the lowest bids but those had terrible reviews and seemed to risky. They were courteous and highly professional throughout. They strove to complete the move in the record time we requested. Most companies told us it couldnâ t be done and it would take a minimum of 6 weeks to complete the move. Best Quality Movers arrived on the day requested, worked until nearly midnight, always polite and down right charming. Ukrainian engineer, business owners and a Russian teacher worked side by side. They treated the furniture and precious art works, electronics with the care I would have expected from my perfectionist grandfather, with the speed and strength of world class athletes. They completed the move in two and one half weeks. Only 3 days after the wished date due to car trouble and scheduling conflicts which were not their fault. Jake the head of operations was a polite and succinct communicator throughout their journey. They completed the move in two and one half weeks when most companies said it could not be done. in less than six weeks. Another highlight is that they didnâ t change their binding bid. They naturally had to charge for packaging, shuttles, extra distance, etc. which they told us ahead of time. But, since we furnished a precise box count inventory list and a video of all the items that needed to be packaged they didnâ t change a penny from their original bid. Best Quality Movers and their team of highly qualified experts Angon, Alex, Eugene, Yuri, and Danielle and Jake lived up to their fabulous reputation. Thank you very much. I recommend this 16 year old family business for their care, team, and honesty. Moving is hard and they made it a pleasant and more convenient than could have been expected.
