"I asked Anthony to come back to redo a section of the driveway repair. I paid him for the work twice even though his contract said he guaranteed the work for several years. He came back and made it worse. For over a month he said he would come back and fix it, but his truck and equipment were not working. He then said he would send a guy out to put a temporary sealer on before the heavy rain came. He did not. I would not hire him again. He has said he would come back in the spring and redo it at his cost. If he does I'll write a new review. Don't hire this guy."

"Trinity has done nothing but mislead and not communicate with me. Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

But I felt reassured by the thoroughness of the initial evaluation/estimate and seeing the drone footage of what needed to be done helped put my mind at ease. Although my initial inquiry was only for a new roof, having the same company paint as well proved to be a great decision. I'd also like to compliment both the roofing crew and the painters. They were all great to work with, neat, timely, kept me informed and went out of their way with extra touches that I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. "Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"
