"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"They stabilize a bank with a retaining wall including drainage and then re-landscaping and and planting the shrubs, the big thing was stabilizing. The Hillside with the retaining wall. They were very professional and efficient and came in on budget they left my yard clean and did No damage they we're very careful not to damage my ornamentals and Roberto I think he is the manager he make sure to supervise everything."

"Courteous, respectful and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch (we had enough of that from other landscapers). Norberto listened to our needs and provided a fair equitable estimate. They put in 55' hogwire fencing, built in a 55'×10' graveled dog run with a pavered walkway to our patio. They leveled out the lawn area, brought in top soil, grass seeded and covered it with peat moss. Seeding the lawn rather than installing sod helped to keep the costs down. Norberto also advised that they would return to resend any areas that may not take. The crew were great, they worked hard, were responsive to our questions, finished on time and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards."

"Cesar and his team at Koritas did an outstanding job transforming our yard from an overgrown wilderness to a beautiful, functional outdoor space. They installed turf, cleared and leveled the yard, transplanted plants, and resealed our flagstone pavers. Cesar was meticulous with every detail, including aligning every turf seam perfectly. The team was always on time, reliable, and even finished ahead of schedule. Pricing was fair and competitive, and after waiting a little while to post this, I can confidently say everything still looks perfect. Cesar was a pleasure to work with — patient, communicative, and clearly proud of his craft. I would hire Koritas again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality landscaping work."

"These guys did incredible work! My whole yard done in two days and it turned out amazing. Pricing was fair, the grass quality seemed really good, and it’s been holding up great even with my dog playing and sliding on it daily while he chases his ball!"

"Good communication skills , finished project in time and according to the plan. Always kept their promise and showed up when they said they would. Went above and beyond to accommodate a delivery delay for a special item I ordered. I'm very happy with the final result and warmly recommend them for any patio or landscaping project."
