The sales man Scott did a great very detailed idea of what needed to be done for the new enclosure with splashguard and all and to current hurricane standards. Very detailed estimate showing they cared. The owner came out too and the works Brennan and Mike did a lovely job this past week taking down the hold and putting up the new enclosure."

"From A to Z, this went perfectly. I called for an estimate and set up an appointment. The owner came out and addressed all my questions, took measurements and provided a very reasonable estimate. I was told that the turn around from signing the contract to installation would be about 3 weeks due to their current workload. It took me about a month to decide, but when I finally reached out the the office and signed the paperwork and paid the deposit, I had my new screening in just under 3 weeks. I could not be happier with this entire process. The owner, the office manager, and the two installers were each professional, friendly, and efficient. The installation appointment was set for a Monday between 9 and 10. They showed up promptly at 9AM and worked for almost 12 hours straight and the job they did was flawless. They also somehow managed to thoroughly clean up in the dark and finish the day in good humor. I also want to note that they redid the entire screening on the back patio (including the doors) with the strongest "animal proof" screen, which so far has stood up to clawing and probing by my cats and dogs. "Upon initial contact, Bruce was quick to respond to my voicemail and was easy to talk with. We set up an appointment for him to review the patio and make suggestions. He arrived on time and provided me with options. He took measurements and provided me a quote. After I reviewed it I contacted him and he came by for a deposit. We set up an install date. He did contact me several days before and asked if he could come a day earlier to do the install, I told him that would be awesome. He arrived on time and I watched as he performed some of the work. He took before and after pics and texted them to me once he was completed. I looked over the install when I came home and I have to say everything was even and it appeared to me as if each screw used to install the kick plate was measured and evenly installed. I was thoroughly impressed by this and knew I picked the right company to do this job. I would not hesitate to have Bruce do additional work for me.
