"Renken Remodeling is a top-notch company. From the initial presentation to the final steps in the remodeling process, everything was done professionally and with care. I will definitely be hiring them again for our next bathroom remodel. I very much appreciated how they stayed on top of the project and gave us realistic timelines. Went way above my expectations."

"Our project was a kitchen renovation. We chose D.C Construction because of all of the good ratings they've earned. From the beginning to the end, working with Harley, Cynthia, and the entire crew was a very positive experience. With any remodeling projects there are some issues that come up; old buildings are not perfectly square or level. We changed our mind on one of the cabinets, changing a base to drawers instead of a door. Harley had suggested drawers in the first place, but I insisted a door would be more flexible for my needs. I was soooooo wrong; we returned the door base and replaced it with a drawer base. Harley and Cynthia took it all in stride, even though it caused more work for them. The vendors that they work with were also very helpful and professional. If any problems came up, they were very good at making things right. That kind of service comes from building good relationships, over the years, with their subcontractors. Finally, the crew was an amazing group of guys; they were here on a daily basis. they were highly skilled at their crafts, professional, timely, and courteous, They worked hard the whole time they were here. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. In summary, I would highly recommend D.C. Construction for any remodeling or building projects. Our project finished on time and within budget. Our neighbors took a tour last night and loved the layout, the quality products, and the fantastic workmanship. Many thanks to Harley, Cynthia and the crew at D.C.!!!"

"We are very pleased with the outcome of our guest bathroom project. We converted the bathtub to a walk in shower. The result is a beautiful modern shower that functions as well as it looks. Every person who worked on the project was expert in their specialty and very personable. I highly recommend Island Homes and Renovations for a sure bet on a professional and worthy experience."

"When I met Bill, the owner of Global Building Corp, I was struck by his professionalism. He is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. My remodel needed to be finished in 10 days. When I asked him if he could do it he replied ?I said I would?. I was struck with his confidence. Within two days he had ordered the tile (with my approval). He found a very up to date countertop that he save me money on for me the customer. He also started his demo job in the bathroom and was one step ahead of scheduling the professional crew that worked in my house. They put paper on my floor to avoid ruining my floors. Their work was tidy and it was done beautifully within the time frame promised."
