Benjamin Franklin's technicians performed outstanding service, installing an entire new and superior tankless hot water system, replacing our inferior and dangerously flawed tankless system that no longer performed. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.

The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas! Anyway, the entire job was completed without a hitch and again right on time as promised.

The new system has been working perfectly for six months now and we could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and their technical crews to anyone with plumbing issues - two thumbs up!

"5 stars for the tech! But 4 stars for the overall scheduling and time to wait window. The first day someone reached out to me and said they could have someone there between now and 5pm. It was already 4pm. I called the main # to confirm & he said he’s call dispatch. No one showed up. We called the main # again and was told no techs in the area. So they scheduled us a window of time of 11am-2pm for the next day. They said the tech would give you warning when on their way. I got notified at 2:15 that he was on his way. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Kind of pricey but I believe it’s about standard cost for the industry."
