"Luke is extremely professional and the service that he provided was timely and well done. He communicates well and we always knew when our work was going to start and finish. Afterwards he communicated with us concerning the job and whether or not we had any concerns or were pleased with the job. If we had had some issues he would have immediately come to fix them but we were very satisfied with the job. I would recommend Luke’s service to anybody."

"Extremely pleased with the work they did for us installing a fence. From our first phone call to schedule a visit to get an estimate, Top Choice was very responsive, punctual, and professional. They were out to measure just a few days after our first phone call and gave me an estimate before he left. When we called to move forward, they put us on the schedule for just a few weeks later, which was perfect for us, as this allowed us time to get HOA approval. Once we notified them of our approval they came out just a few days later to install the fencing.
As far as their workmanship goes......Top Notch! They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with how our fence turned out. They showed up on time, were very efficient, and, most importantly installed a great looking fence that is built to last. After seeing how well they did with the fence, I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects. Great work, Great Value, Great People!

"Vikre Builders was competitive on pricing and was ok with my many changes. I really liked that the owner took the time to go over things with me personally. Job was done when they said and for the price they quoted. Also, no junk or trash leftover!"

"The job was completed, and I asked them if they did further conditioning such as sealer or stain. They said they could do so and would get back in contact with me to set time and date to provide complete conditioning. No further word was received from this company.
I have subsequently had another firm complete the project.

"David showed up on time and did some extra work like pick up drywall for me and deliver it , but the fence work was so-so. They didn't cut the bottoms of the new fence pieces off evenly with the old fencing, so I had to call them back to fix that, which they did. They installed a new gate handle and it was flimsily made and after 4 months, has now broken off, so I have to go replace that one. Nice guys overall, but workmanship needed a little polish."
