"Have utilized Kevin’s varied services on a somewhat regular basis over the past few years. During that period, in addition to performing general yard cleanups and smaller tree cutting/trimming tasks, Kevin and his team have installed a sizable stockade fence along the rear perimeter of our property, constructed an enclosed, wood and wire vegetable garden, designed/built a distinctive, multi-use pergola with abutting retaining wall feature in our backyard and handled numerous repairs and enhancements to our outdoor deck, front porch and various doors. Kevin has proven to be personable, diligent, receptive to ideas/project adjustments and quite reasonable/practical with respect to his pricing. "They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."

"Andy did an outstanding of stripping 150 years of paint off the Marshall Point Light in Port Clyde, Maine. The metal was taken down to bright with all paint and extensive rust being removed. This was coordinated with the painters who primed it as soon as it dried. All residue was caught and collected in tarps for proper disposal. No dust was produced. The brickworks and granite blocks were also cleaned down to original surface for priming and recoating. The job was completed timely despite inclement weather. I highly recommend Andy and Aqua Terra for any such project."
