"We used H&A My Design to 1) replace all flooring in our home with tile and laminate, level flooring in main room and hallway 2) move the washer dryer hook-ups in the laundry room, install proper draining and water line, etc. (this was a big job) and 3) basic bathroom remodel (tile and new vanity). The work was completed in a quality way, the tile in particular is beautiful and was laid with care. The work did take longer than anticipated, but that has been my experience every single time I have had any work done on my home with any company. We did identify some things that needed to be fixed after renovations were completed (splatter on walls, doors not closing well, pain in laundry room, etc.). While I would prefer everything be done right the first time Golan and Rony were good about coming back and making sure we were satisfied with final product. Overall experience was good, but removed one star for the reasons described above. You can probably find cheaper pricing, especially if you sub the work out... but we appreciated the convenience of a one stop shop GC."

"Our experience with Suj and So Cal Builders & design was very pleasant. They executed a high quality upgrade to our prior home before we sold/upgraded. We did not want anyone else to renovate our new house. Every step of the remodel was handled in a timely manner. "I give this company 5 out of 5 Stars on my recent Kitchen Reconstruction Project. I had significant water damage in my kitchen from a burst pipe under my sink and needed to renovate my entire kitchen because of it. I got several bids to do the work and many of the contractor were all over the map with respect to their pricing nor did they provide detailed estimates for me to really examine the costs. When Universal Home Design came to do their bid, they were upfront on what needed to be done and provided a detailed bid along with samples and an estimate as to how long the work would take. Ouriel Lousky was very easy to work with and was very thorough in answering all our questions. Even questions sent via email/text were answered promptly. He provided a lot of pictures as well of projects he was either working on or had finished. The quality of the work through those pictures in addition to his upfront attitude sold us and we hired them to do the work. It took under 2-weeks to complete out kitchen from beginning to end. The crew always arrived between 8-9 am and were very courteous. I’ll also mentioned that they were also very quiet while doing their work which allowed me to work upstairs and my kids to attended class from home (due to COVID-19) without any significant interruptions from noise. In addition, each day the crew would announce when they were leaving for the day. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done upon completion. I can’t recommend this company enough! I should mention that there were no change orders required as part of my project and if Ouriel was able to get me a better deal on an item (cabinet knobs for example) he would offer it. If you are thinking of having some work done to your house, give these guys a chance. Let them do a bid for you and look through the examples of the work that they have done. You can’t go wrong!! "Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling. <br /> <br /> This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms. <br /> <br /> During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations. <br /> <br /> Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. "My wife and I were looking to renovate our kitchen. We began our search for a good contractor late of 2018 and ended up choosing to work with Topaz Remodeling in early 2019. They were very professional, sat with us, asked our needs &amp; came for a second meeting with a beautiful 3D design. They were not pushy and had a reasonable price and so we decided to close with them. They showed us samples of woods, countertops and etc and helped us make a decision. They delivered the job about 6 days ahead of scheduale which made us very happy and in addition gave us a good warranty. Would definitely recommend them."

"I am very happy with the primary bathroom remodel Pine Tree Design and Construction completed for me. It was a gut remodel and they guided me through the process of selecting and ordering all the tile for the shower and floors as well as the countertop for the vanity. The cost of the project was fair compared to other contracting companies. Everyone working on the project, from the lead guy to the head electricians and plumbers were extremely thoughtful, skilled and honest. It turned out Mr. Gino Henn is an all-around contractor and we ended up hiring him for a complete remodeling of our house interior from kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, attic insulation, new sewer line installation, etc. and the whole nine yards. He started demolition on day one and works progressed very efficiently and methodically and completed on-time and earlier than expected in a little over 30 days. He closely supervised every aspect of the job and used specialists in every field from electrician, plumbers, tile installer, painters, flooring installers, etc. He was on the job site almost daily, checking his workers and the quality of their work. He reported to us too on an almost daily basis and addressed our issues and concerns. He was an involved and hands-on contractor and attended to every details ans aspects of our house renovation.
