"Carlos showed up to fix a leaking drain. And found another leak in a pipeline early and was able to fix both of them in the same day for cheaper than I felt the drain was going to be really nice and trust where they got really appreciate his work"

"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"Brad arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He replaced all of the innards of our toilet and explained to me what had caused the issue and further steps I can take to prevent this from happening in the future. He told me of additional work he could do to fix it, but explained that I could likely do it myself for much less. After he left, we noticed that the toilet was still draining, so I called the company back and explained the situation. The receptionist was again courteous and professional, and Brad called me a few minutes later to tell me he was on his way back. He again explained that the part he installed was supposed to be "universal", but my toilet brand was just different enough that he would need to get a part from his supplier. He replaced the plug with my old one (wasn't part of the original problem) and promised the company will call me back as soon as the part arrives and he will be back out to replace it. Excellent follow-up by the whole team. Will definitely use them again."

"The replacement of the light fixture was done quickly and successfully. He was professional and considerate. The only reason I gave a B was that he was running late, but I didn’t know that until I called after their expected window"

"Boykin was prompt to respond to all my requests for repairs and provided good suggestions as each issue came up. He was helpful in finding products for retrofitting a home built in 1976. He looks at the whole plumbing layout for the home and advises of potential problems and provides an estimate for review prior to beginning work and an itemized invoice at completion. There are no surprises which is important to me. I have recommended him to five of my neighbors and they have been equally pleased with his work and professional manner. I would not trust anyone else to make my plumbing repairs."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Mr. Rogers performed two repairs for us. He installed a filtration system for our well water and replaced our cold water tank that had failed. In both case his work was excellent. He provided estimates before starting the repairs. He even sent pictures to my cell phone of the before and after repairs. He is courteous, professional and arrives on time. His prices are very reasonable and fair. I would strongly recommend him for all of your plumbing work. Wallace M. Clayton, NC"
